Quality Control
To ensure the physical and dimensional properties of our products, our Quality Control Department has the following facilities:
- Sand testing lab equipped with various equipment like the sieve analyser, permeability tester, clay washer, sand strength tester, etc.
- Spectrometer – Direct Reading-TJA-750 (MOA-Source – 17 Elements) – 1 No
- Spectrometer – Direct Reading-TJA-750 (MOA-Upgraded – 21 Elements) – 1 No
- The Physical lab consists of a Universal Testing Machine 40 kN – E make – 1 No
- Impact Testing Machine – VARSHA Make
We also have the required marking table, with necessary calipers and other measuring instruments for dimensional inspection.
At Mahavir Concast, we go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction through consistent performance on quality parameters. We house the facilities to conduct all NDT tests like UT, DP, and MPT as per customers’ requirements. All these tests are conducted and reviewed by a team of qualified personnel. Relevant certificates are issued to customers during dispatch. We also have qualified NDT Level 2 personnel to conduct and review the NDT tests.
Our quality management system is in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, and we are deeply committed to maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) implemented at all levels of the company to ensure that our products and services meet and exceed our customers’ requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
Our highly skilled employees are trained to incorporate quality into the foundry process, allowing us to consistently deliver porosity-free, pressure-tight castings that meet dimensional tolerances.
